Each item is uniquely crafted to order, which means that we produce your items specifically for you when you place an order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns for items that have arrived defective or incorrect.
  • Defective items include those with manufacturing errors, damaged goods, or print issues.
  • Incorrect items are those that do not match the order placed by the customer.

Return Process:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Compensation for Defective Items:

  • If your item is deemed defective or incorrect, we will send you a new item at wholesale cost.
  • Please note that replacements will be made with the same design, size, and product type as the original order.

Exclusions from Returns:

  • Returns and refunds are not available for items with customer-induced damage, general wear and tear, or issues arising from incorrect sizing.
  • We do not accept returns for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the design, color, or style.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Once an order is placed, it enters production promptly to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of order placement.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-7 Business Days from the date of approval.
